Hailing from Arkansas, Ashley has made Florida her home for nearly 16 years. Ashley has been supporting Collier County seniors as a social worker since 2011, with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. A professional guardian, she also serves as Healthcare Surrogate and oversees LifeCare Management services.
Ashley has held previous positions as an Executive Director at a senior living community, and Social Services Director of an acute rehab. She provided on-going support and resources for rehab patients during therapy, and assisted hundreds of patients and their families with the challenges related to a safe discharge from a rehab facility or a transition from independent living to senior community living when necessary.
Throughout Ashley’s career she has worked as a staunch advocate for her clients; helping them maintain the highest level of independence in a safe manner, ensuring they are treated with dignity by all, including providers, and empowering them to be in control of their journey.
Ashley is married with two children in college, and at home enjoying some extra attention are her two dogs. She enjoys kayaking and hiking with her family in her free time.
