About
Homer Hartage, a Seton Hall University graduate with a BA in Psychology, furthered his studies in Psychology at the University of Florida and Microeconomics at Valencia College. As a Florida-licensed Professional Guardian and Fiduciary, he actively participates in the Professional Fiduciary Council of Florida, the National Guardianship Association, and the Florida Guardianship Association.
Homer's extensive professional and public service record began in 1992 as a successful small business owner, giving him firsthand insight into the financial hurdles faced by small businesses and their quest to maintain generational wealth. He also served two terms as an Orange County commissioner, where he played a key role in managing a 3-billion-dollar economy. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of the public policies that foster wealth creation.
In 2014, Homer established AgedCare, a family-owned non-profit organization, from his Orlando home. AgedCare quickly grew into a highly influential Professional Guardianship company in central Florida. In 2022, Homer's appointment by the courts as a Special Fiduciary of a Trust led to the development of a Trust management service where he currently serves as Trustee, Personal Representative, Veteran Fiduciary, Social Security Fiduciary and account representative.
As the eldest of six children raised by a single mother, Homer learned the value of responsibility and caring for others from a young age. His current role in Fiduciary Services is a natural progression of his lifelong dedication to serving others.
