About
At Justice Trust & Estate Services, we serve as a source of security, compassion, and strength to elders, and those supporting them through challenging life transitions.
We can also serve as your fiduciary if family members are unable or unwilling to act as your trustee, executor or attorney in fact (Power of Attorney).
Alternatively, we provide support services to the family trustee/executor to assist in handling paperwork, gathering and conserving assets, financial oversight, and much more.
Marllyn Justice is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in public accounting. Over the years, Marllyn has served as Trustee, Executor (Personal Representative) and Power of Attorney as needed for her clients.
Our support system includes experienced bookkeepers, income tax preparers, as well as people experienced in securing real and personal property on behalf of our clients.
